Collect and return equipment during our service windows with no handling fee. Outside these windows, a fee applies as shown below.

What should you know?

• Pickup and return are charged separately, once each per order. Fees include VAT, do not depend on the number of items or rental days and are not reduced by rental discounts.
• You see the fee next to the selected time and in the order total before submitting your inquiry. Your appointment requires confirmation by our team.
• Plans changed or running late? Contact us. We agree any changes individually; late arrival does not automatically generate a fee.
