Before your first rental
When do I pay?
Rental payment is due in advance, no later than when you collect the equipment. Regular business customers may pay by invoice with a 7-day payment term.
How can I pay for my rental?
We accept cash, BLIK transfers to a phone number, or bank transfers. We do NOT currently accept card payments.
Do you require a security deposit?
In most cases, we do not require a security deposit, except for drones. If you are a new customer, rental approval and the deposit amount depend on customer verification. After you make a booking, our team may contact you to ask for some information. If you work in the industry, your work can be viewed under your name (for example, on Instagram), and you run a business, verification should be straightforward.
Can someone else collect the equipment?
Yes. Name the person collecting the equipment in your order or by email before collection. The renter signs the rental agreement remotely, and the nominated person signs the equipment handover report on site. Our team will arrange the details with you.
